Strummer, balladeer and sometimes rooftop troubadour, James Riley peddles sophisticated folk and Americana
tunes reminiscent of John Martyn, Sting & Joni Mitchell. Half American and raised in London, James recently
released his debut album ‘Transatlantica’ recorded in Nashville with a Grammy-winning producer. During lockdown
James played a series of concerts on his roof in Haringey which attracted national media attention from the BBC
and the Guardian. 2021 sees James return to more conventional venues with a UK tour with his new 5-piece band
